Sustainability and process standards being the industry’s hot topics, we keep drawing your attention to two important events -- firstly, the discussion on career opportunities and HR developments in the packaging industry at the PackPlus exhibition in New Delhi from 8 to 11 July, organised and facilitated by ippStar (IPP Services, Training and Research Pvt Ltd).

And secondly, there is the IppStar Monsoon Summit on the ISO 12647 standard, which is organised as an intensive workshop to be held in Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai on 1 4, 16 and 18 July, respectively. The poll on our website asking about the importance of standardization thus far overwhelmingly reflects the importance of standardization. The Monsoon Summit organized in three cities in India follows a similar event organized in Colombo on 6 June and precedes the Seoul Summit organized by our IMA partner on 23 July 2009.
