Aegean Offset in Delhi are celebrating their 25th anniversary. Ron Augustin writes about their journey and recent investments. With a debutant writer winning an award, it was an encouraging event for young authors. Another important upcoming publishing event is the WAN-Ifra conference in Paris on October 1 and 2, where Gil Fuchsberg will be speaking on the Hearst eBook reader to be launched in 2010.

There have been two recent Heidelberg CtP installations in Tamil Nadu and Kerala in South India. Goss International re cently shipped its 1000th Sunday 3000 printing unit to Mexico City. The launch of the new GEW C3 reflector design for its range of UV curing systems is also covered in one of the articles in this newsletter. Yet another article points to a process automation article about a printer to printer discussion at Print09 on September 12.
