Start off the New Year on the right note with IPP online ENL No.152

The sun is out today in Delhi and all is ready for the PAMEX exhibition that starts tomorrow at Pragati Maidan. Organised by the AIFMP, this show will also include a National Awards for Excellence in Printng on the evening of 20 January with a gallery of the winners that is part of the Heidelberg stand in Hall 6.

Heidelberg’s Print Media Academy in Chennai is also offering a strong series of education modules at its stand on workflow, prepress, standardisation, special applications in offset printing, flexography and label printing, as well as maintenance and consumables. These sessions are free of charge and there are four each day except for the 22nd of January on which there are three programs. Sessions begin at 11:30 am each morning from 19 to 22 January. IppStar is also organising a small meeting to discuss Indian participation in the TC130 meeting to take forward the Indian print industry’s attempt to get involved in the development of the IS0 12647 process standards discussion. Wide participation is encouraged in this 90 minute meeting which will be held at Pragati Maidan itself.
