At the upcoming Pamex 2017 show, Konica Minolta will showcase a variety of digital solutions for the printing industry—from wide format printers to production printers and software.
On show will be the Accurio Press Series C6100, which is a comprehensive and fully modular line of digtal printing technologies and solutions, digital press suites, software and cloud-based tool for integrating, managing and executing a seamless production of color workflow. The Accurio Press series supports business growth by expanding its printing services, automating efficiency, raising output quality and lowering costs.
The Accurio Press C2060 offers features and technology including high-speed dual scanning at speeds up to 240 ipm for hard-copy originals and 1200 x 1200 DPI resolution with 8-bit processing for smoother, more realistic images.
On display will also be the third generation of the bizhub PRESS C71hc. This press packs in immense benefits over its predecessor, incorporating advanced color reproduction capabilities of the manufacturer’s proprietary high-chroma toner that produces enhanced printing outputs. The bizhub PRESS C71hc also comes with an optional banner tray to support printing on media up to 13×47.
Another solution from Konica Minolta’s portfolio that will be shown at Pamex is the bizhub PRO 1100. The press delivers real value to any print production environment—with high-speed 100 ppm B&W output, high paper and toner capacity, standard built-in print controller and compact footprint to save space on the production floor.
In the wide format segment, Konica Minolta will have the KIP 770 press, which is a powerful, modular solution for wide-format printing in any production environment, with simple multi-touch control on a vivid 12.1 inch screen, high-definition print technology, integrated print control software and a variety of system configurations to fit the needs of a user’s application.
Finally, the company will display the MGI Jet Varnish 3DS. The solution is a revolutionary piece of technology which disrupts the dimensions of printing with its astounding spot UV and 3D tactile varnishing capabilities. The machine can transform a standard printed output into a high quality spot UV printed sheet or further into a high margin 3D-embossed output with a varnish of up to 100 microns, making the colors appear more vibrant.
