We begin the day early at Heidelberg’s Mumbai office in Andheri. Avinash Patankar, the Heidelberg India service boss for the Western Region gives us the complete run down on what goes into the making of an efficient service engineer. Avinash’s core CSD team of 17 persons for Mumbai and Ahmedabad includes mechanical specialist Lalitkumar Lambha, and Upendra Rajadnya the electronics specialist.
