Infomedia ties up with Reed Business

Infomedia India Ltd (IIL) joins the ranks of publishing and print giants like Macmillan India and Thomson Press India because of an interesting merger. A few days ago, IIL (formerly Tata Press), formed a joint venture with publisher and information provider, Reed Business Information US (RBI US), a division of Reed Elsevier Group Plc. Reed will hold a 51 per cent stake in the resulting entity, Reed Infomedia India. ...cont´d
