Continuing our series, we meet Harish Gogia the Senior Field Service Manager for North India at Heidelberg’s Rajouri Garden office in Delhi office who speaks about the customer service department, pre-installation checks and spares. Then we follow Amitabh Jha a customer service engineer as he attends to the regular servicing of a postpress machine — the Heidelberg Eurobind. Fayez Ali reports.
