The first Asian Festival of Children's Content (AFCC) will be held from 6 to 9 May 2010 in Singapore. About 300 to 400 delegates are expected to participate in the event. The Festival will be organised by the National Book Development Council of Singapore, which has been organising the Asian Children's Writers & Illustrators Conference for the past 10 years, supported by the Asia-Pacific Cultural Centre of UNESCO (ACCU) in Japan. The Festival in May will be an expansion of this conference and will feature additional programmes such as the Asian Children's Media Market, Children's Book Award, Children's Writers Award as well as workshops and master classes. ...cont´d
