Canon fifth C7000VP installation in Mumbai

Canon recently installed its ImagePress C7000VP at Supressa Graphics, a commercial printer based in Mumbai. This is Canon’s fifth installation in Mumbai. According to Debjoti Sengupta of Canon, “The C7000VP has many unique features which attract commercial printers to go for it. It is able to achieve natural glossiness according to the quality of the printing paper quality even during high speed printing by maximising the performance of the newly developed fixing system that is individually installed in the imagePRESS C7000VP. It also ensures professional finishing that is close to offset printing by using the newly developed Intelligent Registration Technology (IRT). This helps to adjust the cover and rear adjustment and skew lines correction during duplex printing. Therefore, it achieves finishing that is close to offset printing.” He further added that one can change the toners even during the course of printing. Canon has 19 installations of the C7000VP in India, with a higher base in Delhi.
