Employment itself is a huge industry in India when one looks at the more than 600 different exams for IAS, IPS, UPSC, Railways, Postal Service and other central and state companies and organizations. At one time each exam had its own guidebook for preparation with the general and specialized knowledge that was needed to answer the questions each year. In fact each guide book included past exams and sample tests for candidates burning the midnight oil.
