Corrugated box industry seeks excise duty cut

The corrugated box association has sought the intervention of the finance ministry to cut the excise duty on the industry by 8 per cent. With the import duty on corrugated box cut to 12.5 per cent, the domestically manufactured corrugated boxes have become expensive compared to the imported ones, it said. ...cont´d
