Creo to acquire ScenicSoft

On August 16, Creo Inc., headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, signed a definitive agreement to acquire ScenicSoft the privately held Seattle, US, based developer of trapping and imposition software. Creo has been collaborating with ScenicSoft in recent years especially for its packaging workflow solutions. Under the terms of the agreement, Creo will acquire ScenicSoft for approximately US$ 9.5 million in a combination of cash, equity and an assumption of liabilities.
