Cyber media acquires 49 per cent in US-based PSI

Forty-nine per cent stake of US-based Publication Services, Inc (PSI) was acquired by Cybermedia based in Gurgaon through its US subsidiary Cybermedia India LLC for an undisclosed amount. The agreement includes an option to acquire 100 per cent stake in the US company within three years. PSI is a provider of a wide range of book and document production services to publishers and generated revenue of US$ 2.7 million (Rs.12 crore) in 2006.
