EC Media launches Wink XTS eBook in Delhi

Second Indian eReader ties up with leading publishers

On the evening of 20 September 2010, EC Media launched its first eBook reader, the Wink XTS at the Habitat Centre in New Delhi. Crucially, EC Media has negotiated with leading publishers for content. Ravi Deecee, chief executive officer of DC Books one of the main stakeholders in EC Media, said at the launch “We have the eco system and on this eBook reader you can read in any of the available formats. We will also launch the 3G version within a few days. Today in Delhi, is the first launch and media briefing for Wink.” ...cont´d
