Newspapers have to provide "adrenalin pumping contextual excitement"

FICCI organised a high-level seminar which discussed the future of print on 27th September, at the Hotel Taj Lands End, Mumbai. With IFRA being hosted in Delhi, a couple of days prior to the seminar, the timing was good. The overall sentiment, is positive. During 2004, and for the second year in a row, the Indian press has shown a healthy growth in advertising revenues, as well as circulation. The outlook for 2005 continues to be optimistic, according to a report of the Indian Newspaper Society. ...cont´d
