Figuring out the London Book Fair

Although Indian publishers and book distributors such as Sterling, Roli, UBS, S Chand, Brijbasi, Manohar, and Rupa and a few others attended the London Book Fair, the larger representation this time came from Indian printers and service providers who see the fair as one of their key markets. There were large stands from some of the established Indian printers including Ajanta, Gopsons, Replika, and Repro and smaller stands of printers such as Navneet, Rakesh Press and Nutech and others who were given various types spaces by Capexil either in the solutions providers area or mixed up within the Capexil publishing stand. Among these was the www.printindia.org stand of leading Indian printers and print service providers that have banded together in the Indian Print Exporters Forum. It appeared that a strong marketing team at the Repro stand was generating the most serious new business among the Indian printers. ...cont´d
