Flex raises $85 million, changes name to Uflex, gives interim dividend

The end of March and the first half of April 2007 has been busy forUflex Ltd., formerly known as Flex Industries Ltd. The trading symbolof the company changed from Flex to Uflex effective April 17, 2007.
