A seven-colour sheet-fed Ovation flexo press from Göpfert, featuring QuadTech's Inspection System, becomes the first operational corrugated system to feature 100% inspection and in-line rejection. The two metre-wide press, which runs at speeds of up to 10,000 sheets per hour, includes two stacking towers, one for good sheets, and the other for bad sheets, which are rejected without being destroyed. As a result, the system guarantees defect-free print runs.
