Darmstadt, 24 July 2009 – WAN-IFRA has announced a new Special Report on “New Printing Plants.” It originates from a project that is more interesting to Asian publishers since it was managed by a German-Indian research group -- with researchers from the Technical University of Chemnitz and the University of Manipal. The IFRA South Asian Committee steered the project.
