IRRO planning to sign illegal agreement with the Publishers Association

Apparently the IRRO, the copyright society of India representing its authors and publishers, is planning to secretly sign an illegal agreement with the Publisher Association representing several major foreign publishers in India. These include Pearson, McGraw-Hill, Oxford University Press, Cambridge University Press, Reed Elsevier, Penguin, Macmillan and Harper Collins India. ...cont´d
