Inkjet pioneer James Gandy returns with the convertible Jet-i

James Gandy who built the Texas based Signtech and then sold it to Nur at the time of Drupa 2000, has come back with a new company and a new series of superwide inkjet printers. Gandi Innovations' 11-ft.-wide Jet-i grand-format solvent-system inkjet printer was developed by a veteran team of inkjet-printer engineers led by Gandy, who helped pioneer first-generation grand-format, solvent-system Signtech inkjets. The Gandi Innovations team has aimed at making the Jet-i a reliable, easy-to-use printer that is affordable enough for use in sign shops that are currently outsourcing their superwide jobs. ...cont´d
