Interview with Jean Pascal Bobst, CEO of Bobst

We have visited Bobst factories in Lausanne, San Giorgio Monferrato, and Pune over the past year. A second visit to Pune within recent months in February revealed another large manufacturing building under rapid construction in what had been empty space between two buildings — a reflection of the distinct acceleration of Bobst’s plans for its Indian plant hastened by the company’s financial results in Europe in 2009. Parshav Jain and Naresh Khanna had an opportunity to speak with Jean Pascal Bobst, who recently became CEO of the company that bears his family’s name, and Nitin Apte, the Country Head of Bobst India.
