ECH Will, Pemco and Kugler-Womako, three companies of the Körber PaperLink Group, an international supplier of system solutions for the paper and tissue converting industries, will showcase new developments at the Asian Paper trade show in Bangkok, to be held 21 to 23 April.

  • KPL Sheeter

ECH Will and Pemco have developed a new folio-size sheeter that addresses the specific needs of the Asian paper industry. The folio-size sheeter with working widths from 1800 to 2400 mm has a modular construction to meet customized specifications. Its expandability supports the extension of the customer’s product range, hence opening up new markets. For example, the machine can be fitted with the PRO technology from ECH Will for mark-free sheeting of sensitive coated paper and board grades.

Pemco will also present a new Technical Improvement Program (TIP) for its Wrapmatic GRM folio-size ream wrappers. Specially developed modernization programs allow older systems to be equipped with the latest technology used in new machines. This enables the end product quality, the production output or the performance capability of the machines to be increased.

The solutions from Kugler-Womako address visitors from the label industry as well as bookbinders and stationery manufacturers. The LabelCut precision cutting machine is used to process pre-printed rolls into wet-glue labels – for the beverage industry, for example. The tried-and-tested binding technology for writing pads and wire or plastic-bound products from Kugler-Womako support companies in further optimizing their production processes and to manufacture end products in export quality.
