Leadership Change at WIFAG

By a short press release, we have just learned the departure of Peter Boeglin, CEO of the manufacturer of rotary printing Bernese WIFAG. This departure "by mutual agreement" is due to differing opinions of board of directors and Boeglin on the orientation of WIFAG Maschinenfabrik within the group. Dr. Boeglin left the company on 3 July 2009. Werner Tschan has been appointed interim manager of WIFAG Maschinenfabrik from 6 July 2009. Tschan has extensive experience of company management on a fixed-term contract basis.
