London Book Fair 2006 — Attracts many Indian publishers and printers

The London Book Fair (LBF) will be held from March 5-7, 2006 at the ExCel Exhibition Centre in Docklands, London. Started in 1971, the fair is Europe’s major spring publishing event. It attracts thousands of international publishers annually especially for rights and titles. Around 23,000 publishers, booksellers, literary agents, librarians, media and industry suppliers from over 100 countries are expected to participate in the coming fair. They will network and generate business in the three-day exhibition. It is ideally timed to provide the participants a trading and educational platform.
