Manroland files petition to initiate insolvency proceedings

Key units to be restructured as debtor in possession; lawyer Dr Frank Kebekus appointed as general representative for the restructuring; financial auditor and tax consultant Werner Schneider appointed as provisional insolvency administrator. In a press release posted on its website on 25 November 2011, manroland AG stated that it filed a petition on the same day to initiate insolvency proceedings with the jurisdictional district court at Augsburg, after the negotiations with a potential investor failed on the home stretch. ...cont´d
