Muller Martini Concepta at Print ’05 — a hybrid offset-digital configuration

We saw the Concepta running at the Kodak booth at Print05 in Chicago. The hybrid offset-digital configuration at Print05 included a Versamark high-speed continuous inkjet printing system, capable of printing 100 per cent variable data information in-line with offset printing at speeds of up to 1,000 feet per minute. In the configuration shown at Print ‘05, four-colour offset printing was surprinted with two colours of variable messaging. ...cont´d
