After much speculation Xerox publicly demonstrated its iGen3 SmartPress, a next-generation digital press, at Print 01. The company claims this third generation device brings high-speed digital colour printing significantly closer to offset performance. According to Frank Steenburgh, responsible for Xerox graphic arts market worldwide, the iGen3 SmartPress provides “offset capabilities adapted to xerography”. ...cont´d
