One year of Xerox 5252 DocuColor printing

We recently visited ANVI Composers in New Delhi’s Paschim Vihar to have a look at their Xerox DocuColor 5252 digital press installed in November 2005. Vijay Choudhary has been in the print business since 1993. The press started with a work force of two or three people and three computers typesetting books mainly for the publishers. In 1999 ANVE bought their first imagesetter. At the time the rates were around Rs.3.50 per square inch of film, which has now gone down to half. Even this is considered a good rate.
