After Klaus B Nielsen, managing director, Heidelberg India, took charge at the Chennai headquarters of the company about three years ago, the company has expanded the number of its offices in the country and its customers no longer come only from the major metros. In recent years, Heidelberg India has set up new residential offices in Kochi, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad. Ahmedabad, Coimbatore, Guwahati, Kochi and a host of smaller cities and towns have now become important markets for Heidelberg India.
