Wisconsin USA-based QuadTech Inc., announced the acquisition of Vigiteck based in Limerick, Ireland. QuadTech is a world leader in press controls technology and register guidance systems for web offset newspaper and commercial applications, packaging and gravure publications in more than 100 countries through facilities located throughout Europe, Japan, China, Singapore, India and the Americas.
