QuadTech files another patent suit against QI Press Controls

QuadTech, manufacturer of press control systems, has filed legal action in a US district court of Pennsylvania against QI Press Controls for infringing on QuadTech’s US patent covering register control technology. The complaint alleges that QI Press Controls’ register control product, mRC, sold in both mark and markless mode, infringes on US Patent 5,412,577. The founders and owners of QI Press Controls are former QuadTech employees. ...cont´d
