This acquisition of Publishing Technology Strengthens Quark’s Ability to Enable Enterprise-Scale Web-to-Print, Variable Data Printing, and Advertising Automation Solutions. Quark Inc. announced on 6 April 2010 that it has acquired the assets and technology of GLUON, the New Jersey-based software company that has developed tools for the corporate and publishing industries for over twenty years. The acquisition includes GLUON’s HyperPublishing System suite of products which Quark will integrate into its dynamic publishing software to enable enterprise-scale Web-to-print, variable data printing (VDP), and advertising automation solutions. ...cont´d
