RR Donnelley buys Indian BPO for $250 million (Rs 1,125 crore)

US-based printing company RR Donnelley & Sons has acquired Chennai-based BPO, Office Tiger, for about $250 million. According to Mr Joseph Sigelman, co-founder of the Office Tiger, the BPO division of Astron, which was acquired by R. R Donnelley last year, would be merged with Office Tiger. ...cont´d
