On January 17, 12006, Creo (now owned by Eastman Kodak) and Quark were served with notice of a federal lawsuit from one of their biggest customers, RR Donnelley and Sons in a federal court in the American state of Delaware. Donnelley is the 140-year-old Chicago headquartered, US printing giant with production facilities on several continents. In 2004, RR Donnelley was the largest printing and publishing company in the United States with revenues in 2004 of US$ 7.9 billion (Rs.34,760 crore). ...cont´d
