Continuing the trail of our previous article on small printers, this time we visited Param Offsetters located in Okhla Industrial Area, Phase I, New Delhi. Param owns the building they operate in but are a relatively small press and have all second hand machines. They mainly print textbooks. Sameer Munjal, the owner of the press said that they have few commercial printing jobs. We again tried to reflect on the survival issues and roadblocks faced by the business. ...cont´d
