A pleasant surprise awaits everyone who goes to the Delhi Book Fair — nestled between two stalls is the Haryana Police Academy… ‘Has the Delhi police run short of manpower for the Delhi Book Fair,’ was the first thought that crossed our minds. We looked inside and it seemed like any other exhibitor’s stall and seeing the the name of the exhibitor on the fascia we looked inside again in disbelief. The jovial faces inside saw our confusion and invited us inside. What followed was three quarters of an hour of pleasant surprises.    ...cont´d
