Faster, Better, Cheaper – Faster Service, Better Quality, Cheaper Price – these are things that all customers value when they choose their suppliers. Traditionally, improvement in any two of these value dimensions came at the expense of the third (for example, customers could have faster service and better quality, but at the expense of higher price). Today, however, corporate buyers are demanding all three. ‘Faster, Better, and Cheaper’ is the new mantra.
