More editions and increased colour pagination add up to higher circulations

It is by now accepted that the leading Indian newspaper groups have extensively modernised their ERP, editorial, prepress and production facilities over the past decade. Leading newspaper groups such as Bennett Coleman, HT Media, Kasturi and Sons and ABP -- with head offices in the major metros of Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai and Kolkata respectively -- built several new printing plants in the past decade.
