Toyo Inks partners one more digital printing technology

Makes $5 million investment in Aprion Digital

Aprion Digital  has announced the signing of investment and strategic cooperation agreements with Toyo Inks. This investment reflects a substantial increase in Aprion’s value over the year 2000. (The previous round of investment completed in July 2000 represented a valuation of over $50 million). Under the terms of the agreement, Toyo will also exclusively develop, manufacture and distribute printing inks to be used with Aprion’s graphic arts products in Japanese markets. ...cont´d
