IppStar’s most recent mini-survey on digital printing trends began on 25th November 2009. Directed at both digital and commercial printers it looked for the printer’s perceptions of digital printing technology, its advancement, expectations and local acceptance. The 13 multiple choice questions also looked at the demographics, experience and professional background of the respondents. We received 110 responses from Indian participants and while preliminary results were presented at the IPP XII Future of Print conference held in December in Mumbai, a further analysis is given below. ...cont´d
