After earning a Diploma in Printing Technology, Baveja joined Thomson Press as a trainee in the early eighties. Post this, he worked with Arun & Rajiv, Chandigarh and Peco Printing Press — a unit of Karamchand Thapar Group, in a supervisory capacity in their production department. After working for seven years his entrepreneurial interest was awakened and he decided to start freelancing. This, according to Baveja, was the biggest decision of his career. ...cont´d
