Winkler+Dünnebier acquires Buhrs ITM

Neuwied, Germany, 4 October 2010 – With effect from October 2, 2010, Winkler+Dünnebier AG, Neuwied (W+D) acquired the business operations of Buhrs ITM GmbH, Löhne, Germany, with a total of 46 employees. Buhrs ITM has been the world’s fourth largest provider of highly efficient and flexible system solutions for automated envelope insertion. Due to the insolvency of its Dutch parent company at the end of June 2010, Buhrs ITM also found itself in provisional insolvency. ...cont´d
