A few days ago our printer called me and said, “Ma’am, I noticed that the ISBN on the book we are printing for you was different on the cover and on the inside, so I went on the site and checked it out and have made the change, now the correct one appears in both places.” I was hugely relieved to hear this — our main printers, two brothers, have been with us for over a quarter century, and over time, they’ve taught us how to deal with people who provide the services that are so essential to publishing. ...cont´d
