eBooks, iPads and...books at the Frankfurt Book Fair

Five years ago, India’s book industry was the Guest of Honour at the Frankfurt Book Fair – the first and so far only one to receive this opportunity a second time, twenty years after its first appearance in 1986. In the course of these past five years, quite some progress has been made in promoting Indian publishers, printers and digital service providers in Frankfurt and elsewhere, not the least by the establishment, in 2007, of the Frankfurt Book Fair’s German Book Office (GBO) in New Delhi. ...cont´d
