Canon has launched its unique “Cartridge Take Back program”

Canon launched its Cartridge Take Back Program on 5 June 2010 – world environment day in Delhi, as a part of corporate social responsibility. The project will allow users to bring in any brand of used printer or cartridge and drop the same for eWaste disposal. Canon launched this pilot project across 45 original ink centres and 3 printer green cycle points in Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai. Canon has tied up with authorized eWaste recycler TIC Group India, who would be collecting and disposing the eWaste from 45 centres. ...cont´d
