manroland and WIFAG call off negotiations

Brief press releases dated 12 April 2010 from both manroland and WIFAG state that the two companies agreed to call off negotiations aimed at manroland AG acquiring WIFAG. It was not possible to harmonize the interests of both parties. However, according to the press releases, manroland and WIFAG remain open to the idea of cooperation on a technical level. ...cont´d
