manroland troubles getting sorted out

The insolvency administrator of manroland, Werner Schneider, and the L. Possehl & Co, Lübeck, signed the contract for the acquisition of the web offset press business located in Augsburg. Therefore, the continuation of the business is long-term assured. Essentially there was a January 31 deadline to reorganise the company and while the announcement of Possehl acquiring the web division Augsburg was announced on 19 January 2012 the transition seems to have taken place at the beginning of February with announcements being made on 2 February 2012. ...cont´d
