The White Field Paper Mills Limited, promoted by a Bangalore-based businessman, is expected to sign a memorandum Bericap has developed a new closure for the 5-litre edible oil pack for Kerry Oil Group a market leader in consumer packed edible oil in China.
Its Arawana brand is the leading brand of premium edible oil in China. The closure is produced by Bericap Kunshan in China.

The key features of the 7128 cap are:
- Light weight
- Double clip ring for the pourer to increase removal resistance after capping to prevent sabotage and tampering
- Screw cap with tear off tamper evident band and features to prevent cap removal without removing the tamper evident band
- Pourer with tear-off membrane
- Non drip feature on pouring lip and marguerites flow control
- Side printing on the pourer and emboss on screw cap to enhance brand recognition and differentiations
- Suitable for 46 mm neck finish that is commonly used in Asia.

These features are a major improvement over the previous 5-litre cap used by Kerry Oil. The 7128 closure is also used by Cailan Oils and Fats in Vietnam which is an associate of Kerry Oil.

Earlier this year, Kerry Oil had merged with Wilmar to form the largest edible oil company in Asia. In India, Wilmar is already in a joint venture with Adani Group. The Adani Wilmar company, besides having oil refineries, has packing operations spread all over India.
