Chennai, 28 March 2008 - Magdoom Mohamed, executive director, IFRA India, has been promoted as the new Managing Director of the organisation with additional responsibility as Area Manager, Middle East operations of IFRA. He will take charge on April 1, according to a press release.

Reiner Mittelbach, CEO, IFRA, has said, “This well-deserved promotion to Magdoom is in recognition of his outstanding efforts to make IFRA India the numero uno subsidiary of IFRA Worldwide.” He said R.V. Rajan, the outgoing MD, would continue as advisor and member of the IFRA India Board. Mr. Magdoom is an MBA from Madras University who joined IFRA India in 2001, as Business Development Manager.
